Description

These No-Bake Brownie Protein Bites are a quick and delicious snack, perfect for a healthy energy boost. Made with almond flour, chocolate protein powder, and almond butter, they combine rich chocolate flavor with protein-packed ingredients in a convenient bite-sized form. Ready in just 10 minutes with no baking required, these bites are ideal for meal prep or a nutritious treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Almond flour (or almond meal)
  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein (chocolate flavor)
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Almond butter (or cashew or sunflower butter)
  • 2 Tbsp Honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 Tbsp Water

Additional

  • ½ Cup Mini chocolate chips (Dark)

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, chocolate whey protein powder, and cocoa powder. Stir well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly blended.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Add almond butter, honey, and water to the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly until a sticky, dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Form Balls: Using your hands, roll the dough into 1-inch diameter balls, ensuring they are tightly packed.
  4. Coat with Chocolate Chips: Roll each ball in mini dark chocolate chips to add sweetness and texture on the outside.
  5. Chill: Place the coated balls in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow them to firm up.

Notes

  • Almond flour can be substituted with almond meal if preferred.
  • You can use cashew or sunflower butter instead of almond butter based on availability or taste preferences.
  • Maple syrup is a great vegan alternative to honey.
  • Store the protein bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  • These bites are perfect for a post-workout snack or a quick energy boost during the day.
