- 8 oz lean ground beef (90% lean or turkey optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup pickles sliced
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese or dairy-free alternative
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt for the sauce (or mayo)
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
Cook the beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
