  • 1 cup deli meats (ham, turkey, salami, or your choice) sliced into strips
  • ½ shredded mozzarella cheese (or provolone)
  • 1 tbsp olives (black or green) sliced
  • 2 tbsp banana peppers sliced
  • 2 tbsp pepperoncini optional
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the base: In a large bowl, layer the shredded lettuce as the base.
  • Add the veggies: Add the sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, banana peppers, and pepperoncini (if using) over the lettuce.
  • Add the meat and cheese: Layer the deli meats and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the veggies.
