Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg large
  • ¾ cup water or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp oil vegetable or melted coconut
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional, for flavor

Instructions
